조회수 통계작업 시 바로 지워버리면 59분에 조회 -> 0분에 배치작업(삭제됨) -> 1분에 조회 (조회수 기록) 이 되버리는 오류가 있음
매 시간 통계 작업을 진행하되, 현재 시간 - 2 ~ 현재 시간 - 1 시간 까지의 조회수만 진행하도록 설정
