Adding new library from Github #215

Hello There
I am working with ADS1115.
There is one driver library available in github for the same https://github.com/UncleRus/esp-idf-lib.

Is it possible to add this component and examples in default esp-idf installation location ?
i.e. x:\Espressif\frameworks\esp-idf-v4.4.2
When I create new project , can I see these example in template selection ?
