Feature: Ability to create a date/time range

Often, one may have to send a range of time to someone (ex: "I'm free from 2pm to 6pm"). To make this easier, we should allow users to select both a start and an end date/time, so they only need to copy one string containing the range from Elsewhen into Discord.
