Allow adjusting Cloudskipper's buff via config. It can be used to fly indefinitely (IMO defeating the purpose of the mod), so I'd like to nerf it a bit.
It can also allow adjusting the cloud layer, since other mods may change the cloud level, or it could be seen as just another nerf.
