Describe the Bug
Description
The installer gets stuck indefinitely at the step "Adding Sunshine directories to PATH" when Sunshine is installed to a drive other than C: (e.g., F:\Programs\Sunshine). The update-path.bat script appears to hang without producing any output or error message.
Steps to Reproduce
- Download Sunshine installer (e.g., sunshine-windows-installer.exe)
- Run the installer
- Change installation path to a non-C: drive (e.g., F:\Programs\Sunshine)
- Proceed with installation
- Observe that the installer hangs at "Adding Sunshine directories to PATH"
Expected Behavior
The installer should complete successfully regardless of the installation drive.
Actual Behavior
The installer hangs indefinitely at the PATH modification step. The update-path.bat script produces no visible output and does not complete.
Workaround
Installing to C:\Program Files\Sunshine works correctly. The issue only occurs with alternative drive letters.
Environment
- OS: Windows 10/11
- Sunshine version: [tu versión, ej: v2025.118.151840]
- Installation path: F:\Programs\Sunshine (or any non-C: drive)
Expected Behavior
The installer should complete successfully regardless of the installation drive.
Additional Context
Manually running update-path.bat as administrator also produces no output when Sunshine is installed on a non-C: drive. This suggests the script may have hardcoded paths or incorrect handling of drive letters.
