Chapter 5: Perpetual learning

  1. In Reflect as You Work, the authors recommend creating a "Map of Personal Practices." This enables a holistic view of tools used and practices day to day that could benefit tweaking. What kind of practices do you do day to day that you'd like to change?
  2. How do you create feedback loops in your life? Doesn't have to be at work, could be in relationships or school, etc.
  3. Learn How You Fail. The book highlights that those who don't fail, have never ventured too far beyond their comfort zone OR have been willfully blind to their mistakes. How do you practice self awareness and can you think failures in the recent past that may have contributed to patterns that are hard to break out of?
