Probe_Basic - Homing single axis while other axis is homing stops endstop from first homing axis from working #3313

When homing a specific axis (not ref all), the corresponding endstop becomes unresponsive if a second specific axis home command is issued.

Each Endstop is using its own Input.
Shared limit+home per axis.

Steps to reproduce:
Reference X axis.
While X axis is moving, reference a different axis.
X axis endstop now becomes unresponsive.
