admin and auth

when the user is the admin, the database doesn't keep the user who created the model, which result in every user reading everything. How can I handle that?

@elsadeny remove ->orWhereNull('created_by_id'); on this line:

I did it and it worked,.. but may you highlight how I can make or use the api? I looked in the api.php and there is no login or register there I tried to create it but was not working. Thanks
