Clone frame from skills set to the 2nd set of the skill bar?

Is it possible to have a clone screen from the skills set to the secondary hotbar?
I remember a PoE addon I used years ago that just let you select a specific skill but when I move the frame down to the position that has my Vaal Ani weapon and my Vaal summon Skellies it will only show the spots on the main skillbar that always shows. These skills I want the overlay for I have set to the secondary bar because summoner builds need so many keys :P just want to have the Vaal versions always showing so I can know when I can pop them without having to hold the alt control or whatever just to see them.

I thought about it again and realized if I just rebind the skill bar buttons so my primary ones are the ones hidden and the secondary ones are always showing that will allow me to do what I was asking about without too much of a issue but I am still curious if it's possible to do it without this specific work around.
