Missing colab notebooks in the tutorial

All these links refer to not-found pages. The same issue stands for the kuzu docs, as these are the same links. Anyone has original notebooks that could be accessed?

The notebooks were owned by kuzu people. They became inaccessible when they got acquired. I think we should remove them and replace it with something that references icebug.

Do you have any contacts with them as the contributors of the successor project? Probably someone should have a version of that notebooks using kuzu project, which we could upgrade for ladybug.

Or, if not, I could try to create some notebooks from scratch as I am currently studying your project. Should I try?

Hi @blokhinnv those were on a company gmail account which was unfortunately closed down. However, I think this is a good thing as a lot of those notebooks were out of date and were written in 2022/23. We need modern versions of them in any case for 2026 :). Looking forward to seeing your contribs to Ladybug, I think it will help a lot of folks, cheers!

Ladybug + Networkx -> Ladybug + Icebug
Ladybug + PyG -> Ladybug + icebug-format + PyG (sparse tensor)

I suspect the langchain, llama-index integrations are going to be subsumed by agent memory APIs.

I thought it would be nice to extend the python tutorial based on this dataset but it seems like it is missing, too. Does anyone has access to it?

I think that dataset doesn't exist, but there are plenty of datasets in the dataset/ directory of the LadybugDB repo:

Something from there should work well.

Yes, use the dataset in the main repo as @prrao87 says. I'm thinking the main repo is becoming very busy. We should probably split into multiple repos so the size remains small.
