Main functions LocandaBot #1

Hey guys!
I'd like to suggest you some main functions for the bot:
- antispam protection: as the current bot in the group, I'd like to add a little security process when the new user enter the group
- when the security check is done, a welcome message will be displayed (I'll write the welcome message soon)
- a list of commands (/friends, /rules, etc)
- ban/warn: with 3 warnings you will be muted/banned from the group (I would say that the admins can choose to mute or ban the user after 3 warnings). Obvs, there must be an option to ban directly
- the /unmute commands (it happens a lot of time that users come into the group and they don't click the anti-spam button so they remain "soft-muted" , so they need to be unmuted manually from me or other admins)
- for the specific topic "Retro-self-live", an automatic message twice a day that reminds user that that topic is "read-only" and they cannot reply to the messages would be great!
