At present the receive credential offer endpoint from Organisation Wallet is not working, I am assuming this endpoint is broken after draft 13 changes.

Instead of fixing that endpoint, should we integrate credential offer endpoint and webhook workflow to POB ? @albinpa Please choose whichever option is minimal effort.
