<h3>KEDARNATH</h3>
<p> Kedarnath is a holy Hindu town located in Rudraprayag district of Uttarakhand in India. It is one of the Char Dhams located in the Himalayas. Kedarnath is situated at an astonishing height of 3584 meters above sea level near the head of Mandakini River.
The Kedarnath temple lies amidst the majestic snow-capped Garhwal Himalayan ranges and is thronged by thousands of tourists each year.

<h3>BADRINATH</h3>
<p> The famed town of Badrinath is among the four dominant Char Dham pilgrimage sites of India as well as the Chota Char Dham. It is perched at an average elevation of 3,300 metres (10827 feet) above sea level on the banks of Alaknanda River.
This holy town is named after the Badrinath temple dedicated to the preserver, Lord Vishnu. Many Hindu devotees are smitten by the charm of this holy shrine.

<h3>GANGOTRI</h3>
<p> Gangotri is a small town centered around the temple of Gangotri temple and is one of the holy places among the four Char Dhams
The origin of the holy river is at Gaumukh, set in the Gangotri glacier that can be accessed by a short 19 km trek from Gangotri. But according to Hindu mythology, Gangotri is the place where river Ganga descended from heaven when Lord Shiva released the mighty river from his luscious locks.

<h3>YAMONATRI</h3>
<p> The source of River Yamuna, Yamunotri is also one of the four sites of Char Dham pilgrimage. Yamunotri is located at a height of 3293 mts above sea level and located in Uttarkashi district.
The Bandarpunch Mountain is at a height of 6315 mts and lies north of Yamunotri. Yamunotri is at a distance of 236 km from Rishikesh, 21 km from Sanya Chatti 278 km from Dehradun, and 176 km from Chamba.

<h1> HIGHEST PEAKS OF UTTARAKHAND </h1>
<p> Home to some of the majestic peaks and mountains Uttarakhand is a paradise for those who are in love with heights. Some of the highest peaks in Uttarakhand like Nanda Devi, Kamet, Abi Gamin, Mana Peak, Hardeol, Chaukhamba, Trishul I and others stand tall with utmost grandeur. Stay tuned to know about the altitude, location and treks to some of the famous peaks and mountains in Uttarakhand.</p>

<h3>CHAUKHAMBA PEAK</h3>
<p>Chaukhamba is a mountain massif in the Gangotri Group of the Garhwal Himalaya. Its main summit, Chaukhamba I, is the highest peak in the group. It lies at the head of the Gangotri Glacier and forms the eastern anchor of the group.It is located in the northern Indian state of Uttarakhand, west of the Hindu holy town of Badrinath.
Chaukhamba has four summits.

<h3>TRISHUL PEAK</h3>
<p>The three Himalayan mountain peaks of western Kumaun as a whole form the Trishul peak. Having a height of 7120m, the Trishul group forms the southwest corner of the ring of peaks that enclose Nanda Devi Sanctuary. In 1907, the main peak - Trisul I - became the first peak over 7,000m to have ever been climbed by someone. The peak can be best viewed from Kausani or during the Roopkund Trek.

<p>Nestled high in West Himalaya, India’s Valley of Flowers National Park is renowned for its meadows of endemic alpine flowers and outstanding natural beauty. This richly diverse area is also home to rare and endangered animals, including the Asiatic black bear, snow leopard, brown bear and blue sheep. The gentle landscape of the Valley of Flowers National Park complements the rugged mountain wilderness of Nanda Devi National Park.
