Is this healthy behavior?

Hello,

I have 46 devices in my network. Most of them are routers (60-70%)
I am using these Tuya Smart Zigbee Plug Sockets.
My network is unstable. Some of the sockets are constantly sending signals/connecting to each other. Please see this video

Is this healthy behavior?

Why is it happening? What can/should I do about it? What can I do to my network stable. I have already tried so many things.
