Provide CDash logs directly in the interface

How can we make CDash better?

There are currently no way to access the CDash logs without direct access to the machine running it. The /monitor page mentions the actual system path for those logs, but even though I'm administrator I have to escalate to the IT people even for a first analysis of errors.

I don't know the security impact of this, but what I envision is having the log content directly in that page for Administrator level users.
