Feature Description

Consider finding a way to support Horizontal Scrolling for changing the hotbar.
Many mice allow you to navigate up, down, left and right.
Having a more robust config where we can for example, make Horizontal Scrollling be used to cycle the hotbar through inventory.

An alternative (and much simpler) option could consist on allowing us to control the cycling by using 5 keybinds instead of 3.
So we can assign the arrow keys, usually unused for scrolling, Arrow's Up and Down could cycle the entire hotbar, while Arrows Left and Right cycle the main held item. And the fifth keybind? That would still be the currently implemented toggle for switching from whole hotbar to individual slot, this 5 keybinds and removing the need for double tapping would improve usability for me a lot.
I'd appreciate if you considered the first paragraph as well, but I understand if it's too complicated to implement.

Propose Reason

In a heavily modded inviroment, having to assign lots and lots of keybinds can be a bit of a headache.

Cool! That sounds great. However testing that requires effort.
