Hey. I was doing my own dataset cleaning of the icliniq database and I was wondering why there were so many instances of words or complete sentences being replaced by the word "ChatDoctor"?

Examples:

Secondly, a hemolytic condition also can be a possibility but serum LDH (lactic acid dehy ChatDoctor.

Isoniazid-induced peripheral neuropathy, which occurs in a few patients who are on anti-tubercular  ChatDoctor.

It is a disease-modifying  ChatDoctor.

Hello. I just read your query and from what you have mentioned I would like to say that the reason that your insulin levels are  ChatDoctor.

These have been taken from just the first 50 samples. Is there a more cleaned up version of this dataset? I fear that this will impact the finetuning of my model if it is trained on this data.
