Describe the bug

Upon obtaining any item at all in a brand new world, the game immediately gives the player the following achievements:

• Packed Up
• Splash of Light
• Bricks and Smoke
• Modern Illumination
• Tables Made Fancier
• Something to Stand On
• Chef's Storage
• A Seat to Share
• Furniture for a Home Cook
• Poseidon's Chimney
• Daydreaming
• Who Needs Stairs, Anyway?
• No More Fences and Slabs
• Everything and the Kitchen Sink
• Note Quite Like a Fence
• Items within Arm's Reach
• Stylish Storage

To reproduce

1. Run client with Adorn version 6.0.0 in Minecraft 1.21.1
2. Create new creative mode world
3. Put one item in the player's inventory
4. The legion of advancements appears
