This is currently work in progress. The output arrays need to be constructed accordingly and the additional dimensions need to be added to the windows.
This makes it easier to call it only for the pyramided axes.
This makes it easier to handle the axes position in the fill_pyramids function
This sets the chunking to 256 in all dimensions. Just because it was easier than having to find out what are the pyramided dimensions.

This works now for in memory constructing of the pyramids but not yet for buildpyramids when the data should be saved in the zarr data folder. The computation of the pyramid for zarr datasets seems to be very slow. I am wondering whether we can speed it up a bit. |

I would need to find a way to define the windows correctly or rather add the additional dimensions as looping dimensions into the DiskArrayEngine computation call.
