Request for legendre_coefs & orthonormal_poly

Can we request the following functions:

• legendre_coefs (e.g.: https://github.com/billmclean/GaussQuadrature.jl/blob/master/src/GaussQuadrature.jl#L129)
• orthonormal_poly (e.g: https://github.com/billmclean/GaussQuadrature.jl/blob/master/src/GaussQuadrature.jl#L555)

be added to this package.

Note ClassicalOrthogonalPolynomials.jl has the equivalent functionality (probably with faster implementation) but perhaps that package is too heavy.

There's a vague plan of splitting that package in 2: a more minimal ClassicalOrthogonalPolynomials.jl and OrthogonalPolynomialArrays.jl
