Radio Camera Prototype

This creates the radio camera prototypes which will evolves into the full production system and form the centre pin of integration (likely).
The goal is to iterate towards a fully working RC.

Workback (roadmap in reverse order)

1. Need fully deployed for 8k channels on all hardware.
2. Need the hardware.
3. Need to implement scale up.
4. Need to design scale up approach between Martin and I.
5. Need working on a single node.
6. Need to upgrade noise processing to real processing.
7. Need to decide on final flow, and state management.
8. Need interface working with simple noise processing.
9. Need deployment method of all services, and tear down, mocking MNC so to speak. Also important for testing purposes for this to be simple.
10. Need a simple interface and launch mechanism to get the ball rolling between Martin and I.
