Disabling DoH cause Vector manager to crash

Steps to reproduce/复现步骤

1. Flash NeoZygisk and Vector
2. Reboot
3. Disable DoH in Vector manager

Expected behaviour/预期行为

Vector manager opened normally

Actual behaviour/实际行为

Vector manager crash, and couldn't fetch repo.

@a0193143 By the way, is this also happening for Vector 2.0 in GitHub Release (not the CI build) ?
I cannot reproduce it on my local devices and emulators.
