Contributor Issue Management

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When contributing to open source issues it is hard the manage issues without directly referencing the issue, which then results to unintended issue activity. For example, if you create a personal project that collects all your issues you're trying to work on, when you tag the issue in your project, the original issue will have a reference to your project.

Describe the solution you'd like
Create a view that allows you to manage open source issues without explicitly effecting the original issue's activity feed.
