Newer versions of python (3.12) are now issuing a syntax warning wrt to invalid escape sequences flagging the following warning:

/Users/pralitp/models/scalable/scalable/utilities.py:102: SyntaxWarning: invalid escape sequence '\+'
  f"sed -n 's/^FROM[[:space:]]\+[^ ]\+[[:space:]]\+AS[[:space:]]\+\([^ ]\+\)$/\\1/p' {dockerfile_path}"

I think we need to use a "raw string" here.
