Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

  • Use same colour for the same path contributions
  • The parents in the path contribution plot are not ordered
  • Path contributions are not dumped in the Excel
  • Legend of the plot if too long
  • Addition of computation of neutron flux within the sphere
  • Addition of computation of RR of the D1S channels

Describe the solution you'd like

  • Having the same colours the parents speed up a lot the comparison
  • Having the parents ordered (e.g., ZAID, alphabetical) speed up a lot the comparison and its search
  • Legend in more columns (e.g., plt.legend(ncol=n))
  • Paths contribution to be dumped in the Excel

I think nothing can be done about the legend, it is better to have it like that then for it to be too small to read.
Adding the plot contributions in the excel would require some work, as these cannot be treated like standard tallies and an ad hoc sheet would need to be created.
