Describe the bug
When setting a "Path coordinates" for a UE, but not setting a "Location coordinates", the UE doesn't show on the map so the user has no idea if the UE is moving along the path or not.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Open Element Configuration (by clicking on an element in the scenario or adding a new one)
Set a path coordinates by copy-pasting a valid path from another element
Set the velocity to any value
Make sure the Location coordinates is not set
Click on Apply
Work Around
When setting the an initial "Location coordinates", everything is showing up as expected.
Expected behavior
Expected behavior is to see the UE on the map moving when movement is turned on, or stopped when no movement is set.
