[1.16+] JEI Stonework Recipe gathering looks abnormally slow

I used Spark to keep track of code excecution during a JEI initialization, and for industrialforegoing, it took its JEI Plugin more than 5 seconds only to gather stonework recipes for JEI:

IF collected 38*3=114 stonework recipes in total, which is very few in a modded instance, and should not result in more then 5 seconds of code execution:

Given the IF GitHub commit history, the recipe gathering logic is identical in 1.16~1.21, so I marked this issue as [1.16+]
