[1.20] Energy Amount in JEI doesn't take account of modified powerPerTick value using config files

When changing a machine's powerPerTick value using the config files, JEI will not take account of that new value when calculating the power required by recipes.

For example, I changed the Dissolution Chamber to consume 90FE/t instead of 60FE/t. However JEI still shows that 6 000 FE is required for 100 ticks long recipes instead of 9 000 as shown below:

The machine properly uses 9 000 FE as intended.
