[SHASTA-719] - FW_CONFIG_TELEMETRY was not able to update fault threshold according to the gain/ offset adjustment
[SHASTA-723] - When configuration with TON_MAX_FAULT response is set to Disable and Retry, retry continuos to OTP. The system does not respond as expected when TON_MAX fault is created.
