Gui slice with cyd display

Im having trouble getting the cheap yellow display working with the gui slice builder. It shows the display but has no touch. The examples for the cyd have a separate touchdriver defined and that seems to do noting when i include that in the generated code. Would it be possibe to modify the configs. It appears the cyd displays and variants use a strange bus configuration as in the touch is not supported with tftespi but there are other librarys to support the touch.
