Description

Add validation during the build process to verify that all relative paths referenced across topics are valid and resolve correctly. The validation should detect broken, missing, or incorrectly formatted relative links between topics and report them as build errors or warnings. This will help identify cross topic navigation issues early and prevent invalid references from being published.
