Input Group: Align the design of the input type="file" to the one in Ignite UI for Web Components #15775

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The native input of type file triggers the upload dialog upon clicking the input-related label.
I want the igx-input of type file to work the same way as the native input and as the input in the web components repo

When I click on the label related to the file type, I want this to trigger the upload file dialog
