Improve schedule detail

Users seem to struggle with how…

• …rotations override each other
• …to extend the default time frame
• …time flows (horizontally)
• …to see details about entries

Goal

• At the bottom of the view is plenty of room to show hints. A description might be a good start
• The current tooltips on hover are not final. Rich popups that appear earlier/faster should improve this
• @flourish86 will also provide suggestions/mockups

Happens as part of the linked sub-issues. This issue has only organizational purpose.

Here are some suggestions for the improved schedule with optimized visual design.

It's an approach to solve the following issues:

• …time flows (horizontally)

• Help users getting started with schedules #280
• Rotation titles should be clickable and allow to edit them #279

Only partly addressed is:

• …rotations override each other

Still not addressed is:

• …to see details about entries

Empty Schedule View

• A time scale and a current time indicator clarify the temporal direction from left to right
• the "Add rotation" button is in place

Schedule with one item

• the "Add rotation" button in place indicates, that there can be more rotation rows added
• the sort control is only shown, when there're multiple rows

Hover behavior

• subtile hover events
• with more than one row, the sort control appears
