zimablade raid1 with 2 disks one failed and i change it but now i can t rebuild the Raid

hello everyone,
i have a zimablade with raid 1 one disk fail so i change it, now i am stuck in this situation

with no possibility to add the disk to the raid.
I try to make it manually with mdadm but first it is not permanent after reboot it doesn't mantaint he information and second it is stuck in missing device.
anyone can help?
