Featured Item not displayed properly in Safari

The featured items on the home page and the collection page are not displaying properly. The content should be abbreviated if it is too big for the card, but instead all the content of the item is being shown in the card.

What steps does it take to reproduce the issue?
View the home page in Safari and compare it to Chrome

  Home page and Collection page

• What happens?
  the featured item card expands to display the entire contents of the item

• To whom does it occur (all users, curators, superusers)?
  all users

• What did you expect to happen?
  Should cut off the content to fit the card

Which version of Dataverse Frontend are you using?
Production and QA servers, version 0.2.0
