Integrate NIX converter

Current functionality: The user can download an experiment or an experimental package as it is stored.

Required functionality: The user will be provided a possibility to download the package/experiment as it is or in the NIX format. A popup with possibilities will be displayed once he/she clicks to the download button.

I wanted to check on the status of this issue. Has the NIX converter integration been implemented, or is it still in progress? Let me know if any help is needed.
