Enable multilingual content in ETA web site

Dear All,
With reference to the Financial Times news [1] someone trying to handle a technical issue differently.

Please do not let 3rd party companies to handle ETA but enable multilingual capabilities in the web site. If Chinese tourism needs more assistance, then you should do a proper user study and find what makes the process is complex.
