Add support for additional links for the Social tab in HubPress Admin

Please integrate Stack Overflow profile into the Social tab as an additional social link.

For this enhancement to be implemented, we would need to update each theme to offer this integration.

No we would need to add support for it by adding extra fields or the abilty to specify custom social fields in the Admin interface.
