总感觉这个palgo注入方式应该在服务端的plugins入手，
理由：因为大家都有不同的服务端启动方式，有的windows有的linux有的docker容器，如果是一个单独的端加config.json里填path不同方式的启动方法都有自己的障碍。而写了一个plugins在服务端做了一个接口的话，直接就可以随便部署webui了
