In certain countries, online shops are required to include several checkboxes in the checkout process, such as “I accept the privacy policy,” “I accept the terms and conditions,” and “I accept the cancellation policy.” Failure to do so may result in a warning. Likewise, every website needs an imprint and a privacy policy, which are typically located in the footer. How does this currently work?
