Chunkloading Drones Don't Load Chunks #1847

Chunkloading transport drones and chunkloading express transport drones don't seem to load chunks and get stuck on the loaded chunk boundary. This was tested on the 1.7.10 HBM NTM version 1.0.27_X5193, although I remember having issues with them loading chunks since they were added. This was also tested with no other mods installed, including Optifine. I haven't tested this on an HBM-only server.

Wait what? Apparently it's not fixed. Ok this probably sounds crazy but they only seem to work properly when the render distance is 6 or less. If it's set to 7 or higher they get stuck on the loaded chunk boundary like usual, I think. 6 render distance or less and it's fine. I can even exit the world while the drones are unloaded and they'll make their way back within render distance. I swear I'm not making this up.

Do you have optifine? Do chunkloading missiles work or do those get stuck too?

I'm using the same setup as in the original bug report, so no Optifine (or other mods). Also, chunkloading missiles do seem to work.
I can launch them at a target hundreds of blocks away and it does look like they've managed to land when i teleport to the target coordinates. Btw, this was all tested with default settings (expect gui scale) and a render distance around 6.
