ERROR:systemctl:the ExecStartPre control process exited with error code

Already have my ubuntu container set up and running. So I'm following the steps on How to Set Up & Install Squid Proxy Server on Ubuntu 18.04 but I encounter this error when trying to run systemctl restart squid to apply configuration.

Note: I already intalled systemctl inside the container and have tried running the command inside and outside the container. Obviously, outside the container I also get an error bcs squid is not installed on the pc. But I tried just in case.
