Display device data

• Display device info from DB
• Display device status (connected or not)
• Display historical data (from DB) + the new data received from broker

All details are displayed but need some enhancement:

1. In the plot the data is displayed according to the page displayed in the table
2. Filters (per day, per hour, per year ...) are implemented but deactivated since almost received data have the same hour and the xBox function must have as a parameter a table of 5 elements at least

All these details will be reviewed later after fixing other critic issues
