Subtitle transform tool. Trans VTT to SRT or SRT to VTT.
Python 3.X environment required. Move transVttSrt.py into subtitle files' directory. Then open terminal in this directory and type following command in terminal.
python transVttSrt.py
Go to the Releases Page and download transVttSrt.exe. Then move it into the subtitle files' directory and open it.
