Description of the bug

DicoGIS crashes if .pg_service.conf doesn't exist.
Creating an empty .pg_service.conf in C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Roaming\postgresql seems to solve the issue.

Steps to reproduce

1. Download DicoGIS-gui.exe
2. Double-click it
