New UU Matter system

The idea is that different elements give different type of UU Matter, which can only be used to replicate elements of the same type, and if these type of UU are mixed together they make the normal UU Matter, which can be used to replicate anything, UU Matter can also be made only from energy, but requires a lot of it
(All of these machines except the large mixer are meant to be very power hungry, but the energy only route is meant to need much more)
Also, dusts here represents any dust for which we have the chemical formula, it gets broken down into its contituent elements
You should be able to combine bosonic or fermionic UU Matter with Free Electrons to make normal UU Matter, this is more efficient that making UU Matter using only energy, but less efficient than using the bosonic and fermionic versions

Where there is a single block clearly missing it means the controller goes there.
They should be full of tiered components like field emitters and pumps and whatnot
