Generate badge data and store in datastore

Currently the badge server provides a `force_run_check` option to force regenerate new badge status data to update the cache. Instead of doing this we will need to:

- Create a script for generating badge data.
- Remove the badge for separate checks, only keep the one badge.
- In the function for generating one badge image, get the data from datastore, don't calculate on the flight.
