omit endaoment projects from "recently updated" sorted view

Since we now update endaoment projects on a semi-frequent basis the "recently updated" sort on the all projects page is top-loaded with thousands of Endaoment projects, making it difficult to find actual projects that have been updated recently.

we should remove endaoment projects entirely from this sorted view OR find a way to put them at the bottom of the list.

• endaoment imported projects should not show at all
• non-endaoment projects should still show up
• other sorting options should still work as expected.
