in owner view of user project page, some times the email is recognized unverified although user's email is "verified"

In the owner view of the user page, sometimes the system incorrectly detects the email as unverified, causing the email verification banner to appear and the "Edit Profile" button to disappear.

I haven't been able to debug this yet, but I recorded a video reproducing the issue.
