Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Opening http://localhost:8000 after running docker-compose up -d redirects to /login which asks for a token. The notebooks cannot be accessed without providing a valid token.

Describe the solution you'd like
Let users set the token value using the .env file or an environment value. Also mention the default token value in documentation.
